Our Sixth Form Open Evening is designed to inform students and parents about the offer at Cannock Chase High School Sixth Form, to enable Year 11 students to make informed choices regarding their future in our Sixth Form.
The evening is the first step in providing prospective students and their families with the information that required to make informed decisions about post-16 study and what Cannock Chase High School Sixth Form can offer.
The format of the evening will be as follows:
6:00pm – Welcome to Cannock Chase High School Sixth Form
6:30pm – Subject Talks (a maximum of five in total)
7:50pm - Information Hub
In addition, visitors will have access to careers providers, the Leadership Team and the Sixth Form Pastoral Team to ask questions and recieve information regarding Sixth Form life.

The deadline for submitting forms is 4.00pm on Friday 21 November 2025 to allow time for your individual schedule to be prepared.
