Ticket Bookings

Please book your tickets by completing the on-line Booking Form link below.  Please note, this is not an automated system, once received, all bookings have to be processed by a member of staff.

Once your tickets have been allocated, the item will be added to your child's ParentPay account and you will be notified of this by e-mail (please allow 2 working days for this to appear).  After your tickets have been paid you will be notified that they are available for collection from Miss Galpin's office (upper school) or at the Box Office on the night.  Please arrange for your tickets to be collected as soon as possible. 

Please note we operate a cashless system and all payments must be made via a child's ParentPay account.  Please make your payment as soon as possible after you have received notification that your booking has been received, and at the very latest, at least 2 working days before the event, they cannot be paid for in cash on the night. All tickets must be collected by 3.30pm on the day you have chosen, unless you have opted to collect them on the night.

Photographs

Taking photographs during the show is prohibited.  Official photographs will be available for purchase in a digital format, details are in the show programme.

Seating Plan

All seating is now numbered so there is no need to arrive extra early in order to get the best seats. However, refreshments will be available both before the show and during the interval.

Please indicate on the booking form if you have any mobility or access requirements.
