2023/24 Parents' Evenings/Events

To book a Parents' Evening appointment go to: https://cannockchase.parentseveningsystem.co.uk/.

Parents will be notified when each Parents' Evening is open for bookings, this will usually be a few weeks before each event.  

 

Please note, all the Parents' Evening will be on-line/virtual events (3.30pm-7.00pm). 

The in school events have differing start/duration times which are indicated below, however, these arrangements may be subject to change in accordance with Government guidance.

 

Year 7 Induction Evening (Parents only): Thursday 7 September 2023 (in school)

Sixth Form Induction Parents' Evening: Thursday 14 September 2023 (6pm start)  (in school)

Year 13 Destinations Evening: Thursday 21 September 2023 (6pm start)  (in school)

Open Evening: Tuesday 26 September 2023 (6pm-8.30pm) (in school)

Year 7(y) Parents' Evening #1: Tuesday 14 November 2023

Year 11 Parents' Evening #1: Tuesday 21 November 2023

Sixth Form Open Evening: Tuesday 28 November 2023 (6pm start)

Sixth Form Parents' Evening: Tuesday 6 February 2024

Year 8 Parents' Evening: Tuesday 20 February 2024

Year 9 Options Evening: Tuesday 5 March 2024 (6pm-8.30pm) (in school)

Year 10 Parents' Evening: Tuesday 19 March 2024

Year 11 Essential Information Evening: Thursday 21 March 2024 (6pm-8.00pm)

Annual Awards Evening: Thursday 4 July 2024 (7.30pm-9.00pm) (in school)

GCS Results Day: Thursday 15 August 2024 (times to be confirmed)

GCSE Results Day: Thursday 22 August 2024 (times to be confirmed)

 

Some staff  may take their appointments on different nights due to their work pattern.  If this applies to your child you will see the availability when you log on to make your appointments.

If the teacher has no appointments left, please add your name to their waiting list.

Years 7 &11 have two sets of Parents' Evenings throughout the year.
