The EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force on the 25 May 2018.  It replaces the Data Protection Act and brings the UK in line with all other EU member states.  All organisations have to comply with these regulations and it is important that you are aware of what we do with the data we collect, why we process it and who we share it with.  The links below provide this information.

Subject Access Request (SAR)

If a data subject would like a copy of the information that is held about them then they must put this request in writing.  The request can be sent by post, email or via our social media sites, however, the preferred means of contact for such a request is either by post or email to CCHS.
